Tell people about your opinion and views on animal rights. Keep talking about it. The more people you tell the better. I've done that billions of times, and although i normally don't think of people as inferior to me, when you express your views to other people who don't seem to care at all, you get this feeling or moral superiority because i feel like i've contributed something while they haven't.
As long as you do things right, i guess people would follow you since a person who supports and helps animals is definitely not a bad person. But no, that doesn't mean you should go to Mcdonalds and start waving vegan signs to customers or arguing with Burger King employees about how they shouldn't work there.
